At La Grotta Ristorante and Grill, where we recently opened our doors in October 2014, our philosophy is to source the best local ingredients and prepare them with both authentic and modern Italian methods.
We maintain relationships with local farmers and purveyors while importing the essential items from Italy. All our meat, poultry, and some of the fish are cooked in an open Oak Wood grill.
Our beef is Prime, our pork is Berkshire, and all our meats are hormone-free, FDA approved, and BGH free. We purchase only fresh fish from our local fishmongers. We honor the Italian culinary tradition of making our own fresh pastas, pizza dough, and sauces. Our focus and commitment is to freshness and we have a deep respect for every ingredient that goes into our dishes.
